Password Protection

Account Suspension
kx89 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly in cases of Terms violations.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Standard processing time for withdrawals: 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Requests for amounts below these limits will not be processed
Withdrawal Conditions

- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
New users at kx89 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- ৳18,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000 (does not increase after the bonus cap is reached)
Wagering requirement: You must wager 20 times the bonus amount (the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered to withdraw the bonus funds.
General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be claimed once
- Bonuses are non-transferable
- Not all games may be played with a bonus — specific conditions apply
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the conditions are met
- A bonus will be cancelled once it expires
Right to Modify Offers
kx89 reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any bonus, promotion, or offer at any time. The latest terms of any ongoing promotion will always be governed by the information published on the website.
6. VIP Program and Cashback Policy
Bronze
Regular players enter at the Bronze tier. A weekly cashback of up to 0.4% applies at this tier.
Silver
Players who progress beyond Bronze are promoted to the Silver tier. A weekly cashback of up to 0.8% is available at this tier.
Gold
The highest VIP tier. Players who remain active beyond Silver reach the Gold tier. A weekly cashback of up to 1.2% is available at this tier.
VIP Terms
- VIP cashback is calculated on a weekly basis
- kx89 may change the terms of the VIP program at any time
- VIP benefits may be cancelled in the event of a Terms violation
- Cashback will be credited directly to the account and does not need to be claimed separately
7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Policy
List of Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx89 platform:
- Creating or using multiple accounts
- Registering with a false identity or false information
- Assisting minors in creating accounts
- Exploiting promotional offers to gain unfair advantages
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform
- Playing games using automated bots or software
- Harassing or deceiving other players
- Attempting to interfere with platform security
- Using third-party payment methods
If any of the above activities are confirmed, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
